“FROM HAND IN HAND” – Age and Diversity Management interventions for people and organizations
FUND FOR DEVELOPMENT AND COHESION 2014/2020 in continuity with the REGIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAM EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND 2014-2020 – Axis 1 Employability, Cama srl has joined the project entitled:
L1. GENERATIONAL BRIDGES: RECIPROCAL MENTORING, INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP, TRANSVERSAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS TO FACILITATE THE TRANSMISSION OF KNOWLEDGE
The project adopts the metaphor of the “bridge” as a concrete and human representation of the unity and diversity that can be together. Building “bridges between generations” means openness, a desire for exploration and learning, mutually enriching each other in diversity. The project develops training, support and mentoring activities that invest in knowledge aimed at enhancing the common elements of the generational and cultural melting pot. Reference is made to the metaphor of the BRIDGE as a concrete and human representation OF UNITY AND DIVERSITY that can be together and, as a place where there is no total fusion or identification, but also no splitting or isolation. Building “BRIDGES BETWEEN GENERATIONS” means openness, a desire for exploration, for learning by mutually enriching each other in diversity. The project intends to provide concrete and immediate answers to the needs expressed by developing TRANSVERSAL, ORGANIZATIONAL, INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP and RECIPROCAL MENTORING skills in addition to activities aimed at providing knowledge and experience useful for diversity and age management company strategies and policies.
